Ingredients:

-Olper’s Badam Zafran flavoured milk 5-6 packs (approx. 1 litre)

-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp

-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup

-Condensed milk 3-4 tbs

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2-3 tbs

-Badam (Almonds) sliced 2-3 tbs

-Ice crushed

-Yellow jelly as required

 

Direction:

-In a wok, add badam zafran flavoured milk, bring it to boil.

-Simmer on low flame for 8-10 minutes to intensify almond flavor.

-Add green cardamom powder, mix well.

-Turn off the flame, add cream, condensed milk, whisk well, turn the flame on, cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

-Add pistachio, almonds, mix well, turn off the flame & let it cool completely.

-In a serving glass, add crushed ice, yellow jelly, prepared pista badam doodh, garnish with pistachios, almond & serve!
